Duties: Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing) your focus will shift based on hiring priorities. Manage ~20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while keeping pace with evolving business needs. Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and strategic insights to support hiring decisions. Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed. Use Jobvite (our ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.
