About this vacancy
  • Own the quality performance of one or more production sectors
  • Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied and aligned with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Partner with production supervisors to identify and manage risks proactively
  • Act as the local expert for traceability systems on the manufacturing floor
  • Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
  • Create, maintain, and train teams on quality control documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility
  • Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities
  • Participate in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings with production teams
  • Provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Support new product evolution with input on quality requirements and control capabilities

What we expect from you
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics)
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or related functions
  • Familiarity with FMEA, Process Control Plans, and Process Audits
  • Six Sigma knowledge/certification highly preferred
  • Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and good level of English (written & verbal)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving activities
