Position Summary:
This position is part of a highly collaborative, driven team that works closely together to manage a wide array of Enterprise systems. The focus of this position will be our enterprise Microsoft platform and related systems including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, collaboration tools, as well as other areas of enterprise systems and technologies. The role will analyze, improve, support and maintain a variety of systems and integrations, and will lead cross-functional technical initiatives across the Graton IT footprint. This role interacts closely with business analysts, IT Support, Networking, Systems, Cyber Security, and end users to achieve team and project goals.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Troubleshoot system problems and provide escalated support for operational issues.
4. Maintain Graton Resort & Casino's systems, including monitoring and tuning system performance.
5. Work with vendors and project teams to plan the implementation of new systems and system
upgrades.
6. Maintain the physical and virtual server infrastructure. Deploy software, hardware and firmware
upgrades.
7. Collaborate with all IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects and
resolution of operational issues.
8. Use programming or scripting to automate routine tasks.
9. Participate in an after-hours on-call duty rotation.
10. Investigate and plan business solutions, technologies, and opportunities that can benefit the
organization and/or their area of responsibility.
11. Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation for all property information systems.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must be a highly driven individual in pursuing operational and project goals while working through a team driven workload.
3. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or eight (8) years of relevant experience including:
4. A deep, expert understanding of the Microsoft 365 enterprise platform and related infrastructure, integrations, collaboration tools, and application suites, with the ability to manage a technical roadmap for these areas.
5. A strong understanding of identity management, Single Sign On (SSO), and provisioning concepts and practices.
6. Familiar with networking, including virtual networks from within a VMware environment. Familiar with how subnets, access control lists, and port security work.
7. Expert knowledge of relevant software applications, such as Microsoft O/S, MS-Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.
8. Ability to work well in a highly team driven environment.
9. Ability to perform well under pressure.
10. Position requires after hours, on-call availability (tier 2), daily work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Dynamics 365 environments a plus.
2. Experience with public and private cloud infrastructure and virtualized compute and storage
environments, such as Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, or VMware. Knowledge of hyper converged storage is a plus.
3. Experience with programming/scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, and automation
languages, such as Chef, Puppet, etc.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically performed in an office environment and may often be in areas which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
