To be of service. To ensure friendly, courteous, timely and efficient customer service by providing a clean, well stocked restaurant and by assisting all other team members. Set and reset tables correctly within the Sant guidelines. Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests. Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage. Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation. Some wine knowledge. Expedite clean products to all areas. Restock service stations. Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations.
