The Area Leader Trainee will directly oversee 12-14 store locations and train employees to provide exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced, multi-unit operations role with a focus on leadership development within a comprehensive training program.

What You Bring

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service
• Profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
• Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management
• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations in retail/commercial, or a large single store with 100+ employees
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of training
• Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance during employment
• Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
