Weekly Working Hours: 40 As ATM Central Processing Specialist:Board and process all ATM related claims. Maintain a working knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z, and the Bank's policies and procedures resolving disputed transactions. Make outbound phone calls to customers in order to verify ATM transactions. Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
