We are seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team at our West Sacramento location.

Position Overview:

The Project Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. As part of an integrated team, you will apply your engineering knowledge, project management skills, and problem-solving expertise across all disciplines, playing a key role in delivering exceptional prefabricated construction projects.

  • Design Phase Activities: Prepare submittal drawings, including floor plans, elevations, material specifications, and reinforcement details.
  • Production Phase Activities: Generate complete shop drawings, ensure timely procurement of materials, design lifting hardware, conduct quality checks, and engage with manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Erection Phase Activities: Develop crane studies and rigging diagrams, coordinate shipping logistics, align field manpower with project budgets, represent the company professionally on-site, and inspect for adherence to quality and performance standards.
  • Project Management: Monitor project performance against contractual specifications, budget, and timeline, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • EIT certification is preferred.
