Lonza is looking for a Senior D&L Business System Analyst in Vacaville, CA! This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials to customers through accurate inventory management, SAP training, and business process optimization. As Lonza continues to grow, this position will help ensure our logistics and supply chain teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to meet evolving operational goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for problems and customer concerns regarding all warehouse systems, especially SAP. Investigate, troubleshoot, and address as needed. Manage and preserve accurate master data in SAP for distribution, logistics, and supply chain activities. Develop, deploy, manage, and report team benchmarks and metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement and develop systems to correct performance.
