Overview

Role

World Golf Tour is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new player growth and engagement through performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and mobile ad networks. You will lead our creative testing pipeline, optimize campaign performance, and bring data-driven strategies to expand WGT Golf's global audience.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams. You'll play a key part in shaping how WGT grows its player base and engages millions of golfers around the world.

Responsibilities

Now

  • Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, search, DSPs, ad networks) with a focus on scale and ROI.
  • Own creative testing from concept through launch, collaborating with Creative teams to deliver high-performing ads at scale.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV).
  • Maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, unlocking new formats, beta opportunities, and optimization support.
  • Report and communicate performance results clearly to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.

Next

  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Evaluate and onboard new UA channels, technologies, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics to refine predictive models for UA performance and cohort value.
  • Develop scalable processes for campaign management, creative iteration, and reporting as the UA function grows.

Experience and Skills

  • 3–5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across key mobile channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, mobile ad networks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate A/B testing, with experience scaling creative testing pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in gaming, ideally with free-to-play mobile titles.
  • Knowledge of golf or passion for sports.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with multi-million-dollar budgets.
