Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; College or University Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Strong preference for promoting from the Shift Manager position
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and its surroundings
  • Able to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of the shift
