Description:

As an Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing district(s) operational and hiring support, ordering supplies, and general administrative duties as related to the overall offices operations. Day to day you'll Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district(s) offices Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment Receive communication (written, telephone and electronic) from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities, or support; document nature of problem, research solutions, and resolves issues or escalate to DOC, Company Support Manager (CSM), or District General Manager (DGM) as needed Communicate with DOC/ DGM/ Field Associates around Administrative Support Tasks Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process Review an...Administrative Assistant, Operations, Seasonal, Administrative, Operations Coordinator, Microsoft, Manufacturing, Accounting
