Summary:

Purpose

Under minimal supervision, responsible for the successful execution of all contract obligations and labor agreements at assigned site. Ensures that all work is performed in a safe and productive manner and in accordance with the quality standards of both the Client and Schultz. Serves as the principal contact to the Client for day-to-day operational issues and business development opportunities. Effectively manages relationships with key client stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining internal and external industry knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

? Represents the project and the company to clients and maintains client relationships

? Complete understanding of the Contract and the "as-sold" scope of work and budget, and communicates them to the project team. Understand the contract documents (trade agreements, scope, specification, and exhibits).

? Establishes and monitors project safety and quality programs

? Understand and manage Project Metrics including production and productivity rates and factors

? Develop, track, update and report on the detailed delivery and installation schedule and budget

? Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls the project in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements

? Attend job walks, prepare estimates and support the proposal process.

? Liaising with the client's team to ascertain contract time, cost and quality objectives, and organize site resources and equipment accordingly

? Apply expertise to create financial and operational solutions that apply across multiple functional areas

? Identify business issues that may impact financial performance

? Leverages relationships with customers to support business needs

? Negotiates and influences customers to set priorities and solidify relationships

? Through active risk management, protects the Company from unnecessary risks

? Advising senior management of issues and upset conditions

? Managing scope of work by identification of change conditions or work outside of scope

? Develop project team effectiveness and collaboration

? Ensures that potential project scope, schedule or budget changes are immediately identified and addressed

? Ensures that the project meets or exceeds financial and cash management goals

? Organizes work to meet deadlines set by clients

? Attend all required external and internal site meetings.

? Develops project review materials and financial forecasting, working with Project Controls

? Provide all required internal and external site reports.

? Provides project staffing needs forecasting to senior management

? Manage subcontractors, vendors, and 3rd parties

? Lead, develop and motivate the site teams to meet the common company and project goals.

? Supervises daily activities of project personnel including technical and administrative support, and ensures that deliverables are produced on schedule and within budget

Requirements

? Experience: Minimum of 10 years' piping/mechanical experience in the field of industrial construction with an emphasis on simple cycle / combined cycle power generation construction projects and outages.

? Computer Skills: Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Project, with an aptitude to learn any required AES in-house software.

? Prior project management experience.

? The ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.

? Ability to travel when and as needed.

? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

? A valid driver's license.

? Degree in Construction, Project Management, or other construction or engineering related subject, or commensurate experience.

Salary Range: Min: $160,000, Max: $195,000
