Job Summary

The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) works as part of an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality personal and supportive care both in the participant's home and at the Adult Day Health Center. This is a capitated health plan, offering a stable and thriving environment.
