Range Annual Salary- $68,640-$88,000

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Serves as a point of contact for guests and visitors.
  • Coordinates all operational functions of the Banquet department, In-room dining, The Restaurant and the Pool.
  • Supervises Asst. F&B Manager, Captains, and associate staff.
  • Understands the concepts of the internal and external guest and treats each with respect and professionalism.
  • Attends all necessary meetings and disseminates information accordingly.
  • Develops and maintains monthly training sessions.
  • Oversees scheduling of all hotel F&B associates and monitors/adjusts staffing levels daily.
  • Submits payroll for assigned staff.
  • Conducts detailed performance reviews for assigned staff.
  • Oversees/coordinates the set-up and break-down of all meetings and F&B events on or off premise.
  • Knows how to read and interpret catering contracts for set-up, service, and billing purposes.
  • Coordinates the set-up of all equipment, supplies, and/or furniture required for each function.
  • Understands how to operate all AV systems and equipment and can instruct others to do so.
  • Conducts daily inspection of equipment and facilities, front of house and back of house, to ensure cleanliness and upkeep; Assists with cleaning whenever necessary.
  • Abides by Bardessono policies, rules, standards, and regulations as set forth in the operations manual, including all addendums and emails

  • Actively participate in the promotion of Bardessono and The Restaurant, both within the hotel and the community.
  • Cross train to back up THE RESTAURANT management.
  • Read, understand, and comply with instructions, safety rules and guidelines.
  • Speak with poise, voice control and confidence using proper English and a well-modulated voice.
