Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current California Guard Card License.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with basic computer and smartphone usage.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and compassion for community members experiencing emotional or psychological challenges.
