We are currently seeking a Full Time Regional Operations Manager to lead our efforts in Northern California (Bay Area).
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Formal training in process and quality management, such as lean six sigma.
- Strong understanding of P&L reports and drivers of profitability.
- Proven track record in B2B customer engagement, ideally with healthcare providers.
- Experience in developing and leading engaged, self-directed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education, Experience, and Travel Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends, technology, and imaging safety.
- Graduation from an approved radiology technology program and registration by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT is required. California licensure preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a technologist is required, with MRI experience preferred.
- Management experience in imaging (Supervisor, Manager, or Director level) is required, with 2-5 years preferred.
- Remote work with 5-7 nights of travel per month; must be willing to travel throughout the following areas: San Francisco, San Rafael, Vallejo, Roseville, Walnut Creek, and San Jose.
- Must reside in the Northern California area (Bay Area or nearby).

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000/year, with a performance-based variable bonus. Salary may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes annual performance-based merit increases, a car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and internet stipend.
