What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate engineering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
  • Support the Director of Facilities in managing site infrastructure, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage landscaping contractors on engineering‑related projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to align project goals, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain the work order system, ensuring timely response, tracking, and resolution of service requests.
  • Update and maintain various reports related to operations, maintenance, project status, and performance metrics.

What You Bring

  • Experience within refineries and engineering preferred.
  • A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Management Experience: 5 Years.
  • Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services.
