Duties:

• Gather all documents from the customer which includes: Loan application, W2's, 1099's, bank statements, pull credit reports, verify employment and income
• Communicate with the borrower about any additional information that is needed
• Enter all borrower information into the desktop system using DU LP
• Present all loan documentation to the underwriters for review and decisioning.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines

Experience:

1. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience in all types of mortgage loans including; Conventional, Adjustable, Sub-Prime, and HHA and VA loans. You must be able to work well independently at a rapid and efficient pace, possess strong oral, and written communications skills as well as being highly organized.
2. Position type: Hybrid / contract to contract to hire
3. Start ASAP with Petaluma Branch
4. Hourly pay: $25 to $28 per hour plus overtime, BOE
5. Bonus: Typically, a bonus of up to $ per loan for each loan processed is paid on top of the salary.

Strong knowledge of Encompass software is a must have and not only is the successful candidate processing loans but also interacting with CCM clients and internal underwriters and staff. Knowledge of underwriting guidelines is a plus.
