Salary: $73,000–$76,000 per year (based on experience)

Location: Rohnert Park, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time. No weekends.

The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director to lead our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for someone who loves inspiring teachers, supporting families, and creating a joyful environment where children thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily center operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, staff, and families
• Build strong relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service
• Support and mentor teachers through coaching, training, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with California Community Care Licensing and company policies
• Drive enrollment growth through community engagement and positive family experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and uphold our brand standards

California Requirement

Must meet California Community Care Licensing Director qualifications — 15 ECE/CD units including Administration and Infant/Toddler courses, plus 4 years of teaching experience or equivalent. (Verification required prior to hire.)
