Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Device (Onsite, Contract-to-Hire)

No relocation – local daily commuters only

A growing medical device company in the North Bay is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support equipment, validation, and GMP production for an upcoming product launch. Small team, fast pace, and real impact.

What You'll Do

• Install and troubleshoot equipment (pumps, piping, production systems)

• Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validations

• Create SOPs and GMP documentation

• Support process improvements, audits, and risk assessments

What You Need

• 5+ years in GMP manufacturing (medical device preferred)

• Strong validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ)

• Mechanical aptitude with production equipment

• Experience writing SOPs/WIs

• High urgency, self-driven work style

Fully onsite – no hybrid

Must live locally and commute daily
