4Cs Now Hiring: Child Care Enrollment Director

Full Time Position, Exempt

Starting Pay: $116,480 - $122,720 per year

Position is located in Santa Rosa

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM

The Community Child Care Council is looking for a Child Care Enrollment Director to join the 4Cs team. The ideal candidate will lead a department of 40+ staff and provide overall management and direction for 4Cs' child care subsidy programs, which include voucher-based and center-based contracts that help provide income-eligible families access to quality early learning. In partnership with agency leadership, the Director aligns departmental goals with organizational priorities and provides oversight, coaching, and accountability to Assistant Directors who lead teams in enrollment, compliance, and quality assurance. The Director fosters a culture where staff thrive and families are served with accuracy, timeliness, and respect, while also guiding program evaluation, advancing staff development and wellness, monitoring policy to guide adaptation, and cultivating partnerships to strengthen services and funding.
