Overview
As a Strategic Partner Manager in Keysight's growing Design Engineering Software Business, you will help to grow the ecosystem for our portfolio of software products, with a focus on working with partners in the electronic design automation (EDA) space and with semiconductor foundry partners. The chosen candidate will have a demonstrated track record of working with partners, managing technical projects across internal and external teams, influencing relationships, and driving many parallel projects. Additionally, the role may involve M&A opportunities for DES to assess market segments, prioritize targets, and develop materials for the executive team. Above all, the selected candidate will be hungry to deliver value to Keysight with a can‑do approach to meeting business targets and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with software partners in the EDA space, including but not limited to Synopsys, Ansys, Siemens, Cadence, and Altium.
- Find and develop go‑to‑market opportunities with EDA partners to enable growth for Keysight software products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at semiconductor foundry partners such as TSMC and Global Foundries.
- Find and analyze market research for M&A opportunities.
- Manage and negotiate partner contracts such as NDAs, OEM agreements, and/or software loan agreements.
- Ownership and creation of partner management tools, collateral, and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in business or a technical subject such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally with software experience.
- Expert communication skills with the ability to engage with C‑level executives and drive tactical activities with individual engineers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask many opportunities at one time.
- Results‑oriented and driven to succeed, hungry to develop business results aligning with strategic goals and objectives.
- Self‑starter – independent, accountable, collaborative, hunter, finder, connector; influencer with ability to lead and influence large teams across functional boundaries.
- Experience working and thriving in fast‑paced environments.

Remote Work
This role is open to work remotely in the US or Europe.
Benefits and Compensation
California (Bay Area) pay range: minimum $184,120; midpoint $245,490; maximum $306,870. Colorado and other regions: minimum $155,370; midpoint $207,160; maximum $258,950. Note: pay ranges vary by region.
