Your Role: Senior Business Office Director
As Senior Business Office Director, you will serve in a dual capacity: managing the business office functions of your base community while also providing training and operational support for other communities. You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, HR practices, Sarbanes-Oxley procedures, and corporate policies, while mentoring Business Office Managers to achieve excellence in their own communities.
