We're seeking a driven Magnetics Design Engineer-ideal for a recent graduate looking to make their mark in this specialized field. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in magnetics design, working alongside seasoned experts on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design space exploration through structured design-of-experiments (DOE) to evaluate various materials, geometries, power levels, and operating frequencies.
  • Analyze and optimize magnetic components, ensuring performance meets application requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate electronic, thermal, and structural considerations into magnetic designs.
  • Utilize analytical tools and modeling techniques to refine designs and ensure reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in magnetics principles and operations.
  • Interest or experience in medium voltage isolation applications (up to 100kV).
  • Understanding of electronic, magnetic, thermal, and structural design principles.
  • Ability to perform design space exploration and experiments (DOE methodology).
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
