Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: 650 California St, San Francisco, CA
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Salary: $45,942–$66,485 annually, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly capable . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises excellent judgment, and can serve as an extension of executive priorities. You will enable leaders to operate at their highest leverage by streamlining communication, managing workflows, and ensuring that critical tasks move forward without friction.
This is a role for someone who is proactive, sharp, and deeply organized.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, purchases, travel, emails.
Help create and organize databases and documents.
Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Liaise with vendors, clients, investors.
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Process expenses, reimbursements, and vendor interactions

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
Calm, resourceful, and unflappable under pressure
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
