We are expanding our innovation into the Medium Voltage (MV) utility and data center power markets, leveraging our cutting‑edge microinverter technology. We are seeking aManager, Product Line Manager to join the Office of the CTO. This role will guide the definition, architecture, and development of next‑generation products for Medium Voltage applications in utility‑scale and data center environments. You will bridge advanced engineering concepts with strategic product planning, ensuring Enphase remains at the forefront of distributed energy and power conversion technologies.

What you will do.

  • Define product vision and roadmap for MV solutions based on microinverter technology.
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape for MV utility and data center power systems.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate MV product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Drive architecture decisions for MV power conversion systems, including grid‑forming capabilities and advanced inverter topologies.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with R&D, operations, and business units to align product development with corporate strategy.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and standards bodies to influence industry direction.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Help ensure products meet global MV standards for safety, reliability, and grid interoperability.

Who you are and What you bring.

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, inverter systems, utility‑scale systems, or related field.
  • Proven track record in product management or technical leadership for MV systems.
  • Deep knowledge of power conversion, grid‑forming inverters, and MV distribution and conversion systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with data center power architecture and renewable integration.

Preferred.

  • Experience with microinverter technology and distributed energy resources.
  • Knowledge of standards such as IEEE 1547, IEC MV standards, and utility interconnection requirements.

The base pay range for this position is $135,000 to $205,200 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
