Select Staffing is hiring for a Order Processor Specialist in American Canyon.

Schedule: Monday- Friday Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate $25/hr

Job Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely downloading and processing of orders and maintaining positive relationships with our client wineries with regard to their orders.
• Responsible for the ongoing accuracy and timeliness of client's order processing
• Input data in various formats from various sources (e-mail, online portals, etc.)
• Validate and verification of data to match order filling software and upload. Verify and confirm number of orders received to number of orders processed; note exceptions and reconcile
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including client services, order processing, warehouse, and management
• Other project coordination and administrative duties as required
• Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed, accurate and thorough manner.
