As a Guest Experience Advocate, you will:

• Welcome and interact with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns effectively.

• Promote Target's benefits and services, fostering guest loyalty.

In your day-to-day activities, you will:

• Prioritize guest service by delivering a high standard of service.
• Engage with guests warmly to address their needs.
• Inform guests about promotions, events, and store activities.
• Utilize your product and service knowledge to enhance guest experiences.
• Efficiently handle checkout operations and bag items while complying with safety standards.
• Educate guests on using the Target App and its features.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up.
• Uphold safety and compliance regulations in all tasks.
