Our client is an established General Contractor and is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company specializes in Design-Build construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
• Prepare conceptual estimates
• Contribute to value engineering studies
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
• Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and an ability work well in a team based environment
