Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for:

• Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.

• Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Maintaining accuracy in picking orders.
• Maintaining proper product rotation. Checking all codes and stock in area.
• Maintaining a clean workstation at all times, including cardboard boxes.
• Getting empty cases for building of by-products.
• Getting tags for identifying stacks for loading.
• Taking all leakers to the reprocess area. Notifying Supervisor and/or Filler Operator if the leakers are coming from the plant.
• Maintaining appropriate dress and personal appearance standards.
• Knowing, understanding and adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
• Promoting and maintaining Company goodwill in all areas. Assisting others and performing other tasks as appropriate and/or necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range: $28.65 - $31.83
