Member Service CoordinatorJob Location: Santa Rosa, CaliforniaJob Type: Temp to HirePay Rate: $27-$28/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pmDescription of Position:Do you have experience as. Member Service Coordinator? Our client is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized individual to support our member base of more than 3,500 real estate professionals and industry affiliates across four Northern California counties. This role performs a wide variety of administrative, program, and member support functions and serves as a key point of contact for our members representing the Association with professionalism, expertise and exceptional service.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate a range of member services activities - including chapter meetings, committees, projects, and Association events (prep, logistics, implementation)Draft communication pieces including email outreach, website and newsletter content, registration confirmations, and event collateralProcess applications, dues, information updates, and compliance documentationSupport front desk operations as needed: answering phones, responding to emails, greeting members/visitors, and providing general assistanceMaintain accurate member records using the RAMCO database (training provided)Description of Company:You will be supporting a well established realtor association in Santa Rosa, CaliforniaExperience Required:High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferredMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (intermediate-advanced)Box/online file-sharing tools, Zoom, Google toolsCRM/Database systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics based systems preferred)Typing speed of 50 wpm or higherHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong time management and project coordination skillsSimilar Position:Customer Service Representative SpecialistClient Services AssociateMember Services SpecialistCustomer Success ManagerBolt Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
