Casual Security Officer Response role

As a casual Security Officer Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether its customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Whats in it for you

• Site Location: Vacaville & Napa, CA
• Day/Swing - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm / 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
• Swing/Grave - 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm / 10:00 pm / 6:30 pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years old and pass an extensive Motor Vehicle check
• One year of security experience is required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience even better!
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
