Concierge

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Schedule (Part-Time): Saturday/Sunday

What You'll Do:

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency and courtesy.
• Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and scheduling needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area.
• Manage visitor logs, package deliveries, and community announcements.
• Support the coordination of events, appointments, and transportation.
• Respond to emergencies or resident alerts per protocol.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or front desk/reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle occasional high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
