Distribution Center (Warehouse) Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing their assigned tasks for daily operations in the warehouse including picking, receiving, processing, prepping, storing, moving and shipping products. The schedule is Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm).

Essential Functions:

• Works independently to safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards
• Perform all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions (e.g. use proper lifting techniques, maintain a safety zone around equipment, etc.)
• Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials
• Manages all merchandise with appropriate care
• May assist with training of newly employed team members
• Application of labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies
• May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

Work Environment:

• Works in a warehouse environment that is not temperature controlled
• Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing for long periods
• Frequently lift or pull up to 40 pounds

Education and Experience:

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required (or GED + warehouse work experience)
• 0-3 years prior experience in warehouse or retail environment
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and team members work a set schedule Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm).
