Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving

Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity | Sonoma, CA

A well-established organization is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values organization and safety, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, weekday position, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate will assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare products for delivery, and help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. This position works closely with both warehouse and office teams to ensure timely and accurate order flow.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and ship products using common carrier services
• Package materials safely and efficiently for outbound shipments
• Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse organization
• Use basic computer systems and shipping platforms as needed
• Support international shipments when applicable
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse and office staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment preferred
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and shipping systems
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials (up to 70 lbs)
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Valid California driver's license
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• Occasional overtime as needed
