Housekeeping Associate - Oakmont Gardens

We are seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently uphold community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry tasks to ensure resident apartments and common areas remain attractive and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Position Details:

• Wage: $18.50/hour, with an increase to $19.00/hour after 90 days.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
