High school diploma or GED with two (2) years of full?time work experience demonstrating relevant knowledge and abilities. For lead worker roles, six (6) months of prior lead worker experience is required.
Demonstrate intermediate word?processing skills and a typing speed of at least fifty (50) words per minute, verified during an online skills exam.

The process may include initial screening, information meeting, questionnaire, written or practical exam, oral board, or other stages. A minimum score of 70% is required to continue.
