Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, knowledge of roofing or electrical materials is a plus, and must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship materials from the warehouse and coordinate deliveries
• Receive materials shipped to the warehouse by vendors
• Conduct physical inventories to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies
• Load and unload delivery trucks (receiving stock and fulfilling orders)
• Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records (purchase orders, receipts, delivery logs, inventory, etc.)
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Research order discrepancies and ensure incorrect deliveries or damaged materials are returned promptly
• Assist with delivery status, invoices, billing, and related tasks as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse and/or purchasing experience (receiving, stocking, storing)
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and process compliance
• Forklift certification required
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
