divh2Property Manager II/h2pWinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join our team at Carolina Heights, a 152-unit residential community located in Vallejo, CA./ppThe pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hour./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliMaintain grounds by planting, fertilizing, and watering flowers; edging and weeding flower beds; installing mulch; and pruning shrubs./liliPerform preventive maintenance on grounds equipment, such as trimmers, edgers, and lawn mowers./liliWater the grass and flowers by moving hoses around the property, according to the property water plan. Depending upon the site requirements, mow the grass./liliKeep the grounds clean by picking up paper, emptying trash receptacles, and sweeping the parking lot and walkways./liliAssist in inclement weather with snow and ice removal./liliPerform assigned indoor work during inclement weather./liliPerform special assignments as needed or requested by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliLess than 1 year of relevant work experience./liliExcellent customer service skills./liliAbility to speak and understand basic English./liliAbility to perform all physical functions of the role./liliAbility to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments./liliAvailability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent./li/ul/div
