We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our apartment community. If you take pride in your work and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you! With a starting pay at $22-23 an hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment or residential)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
