Description:

Silverado Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing part-time Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service manage a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Schedule:

This is a flexible part-time position requiring availability two to three days per week, including at least two Saturdays per month.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
  • 1+ years of client service experience
  • Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
