Compensation Pay Range:
$16.50 - $24.50
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on various factors.

As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach professional customers efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for operating company vehicles, delivering parts, and assisting with returns. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this rewarding position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
- Utilize delivery fleet management hand-held devices to manage deliveries effectively and capture necessary customer information.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and conduct daily inspections before use.
- Secure delivery vehicles, keys, and all collected funds at all times.
- Pick up customer returns and accurately complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate any issues or special requests from customers to management promptly.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the store manager immediately.
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and secured at the close of business each day.
- Adhere to company policies regarding clocking in and out.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, including customer service, stocking, and merchandising.

This role may also involve assisting customers and performing cashier duties when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
- Valid state driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
Desired:
- Familiarity with automotive parts.
- Ability to operate light store equipment.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
