WHO WE ARE

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience. Your responsibilities will focus on engaging with guests, offering exceptional service, and ensuring a clean and friendly environment. You'll be empowered to make shopping easy and enjoyable for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome and engage with guests, thanking them for choosing Target.
• Assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about store products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Efficiently scan and bag all items while adhering to food safety and best practices.
• Help guests navigate the Target App and promote our loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to handle tasks effectively.
• Adapt to a variety of guest interactions and situations to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
