I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are currently focused on weekend care 8a-8p daytime; 8p-8a nighttime on Sat & 8a-8p daytime; 8p-8a nighttime Sun.
My Mom is 85 years old Mom is diabetic and 6-years post stroke. She lives alone, but is no longer safe doing so day to day. She needs support:
- [ ] Plating and heating Food
- [ ] Dressing and undressing Assistance
- [ ] Medication dosing & tracking
- [ ] Monitoring GLUCOSE
- [ ] PT for hands, shoulders & legs
- [ ] Assistance tucking her into bed
- [ ] Light assistance with toileting
- [ ] Reminders to SET TIMER for bio breaks every 1 hr AND to use bidets
