Job Title: Assembly Associate
Job Description
The Assembly Associate is tasked with constructing subassemblies and final assemblies of customer products. This role involves operating a variety of assembly and machining equipment such as saws, nail guns, drills, and clamps. Additionally, maintaining a safe and clean working environment is a crucial responsibility.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company safety policies.
Read and follow fixture CAD drawings to ensure consistency and design standards are met.
Inspect parts and log rejects for compliance with company and customer quality standards.
Ensure completion of daily parts prepping for production.
Assemble and/or prep fixtures for final assembly and/or subassemblies, ensuring correct fit.
Alert supervisor of any assembly problems with details and provide possible solutions.
End of day cleanup of workbench/station and/or immediate area.
Report daily completion records to Assembly Lead and/or Floor Manager.
Perform other job-related duties or other assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisor.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret a tape measure to 1/16” increments.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
Basic computer skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to load and unload 4' sheets of plywood material onto machine table.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
