What You'll Do (and Love):

• Guide trusts through administration & probate with confidence
• Draft deeds, asset schedules, federal estate/gift tax returns (1041, 709), and client correspondence
• Build trusted relationships with clients, beneficiaries, CPAs, and financial advisors
• Organize complex estates with airtight document control
• Calendar critical deadlines (court filings, hearings, tax due dates)
• Bring calm and clarity to sensitive family matters

You're Our Ideal Teammate If You Have:

• years

of Trust & Estates paralegal experience (heavy on trust administration & probate) ? A self-starter mindset with impeccable attention to detail ? Stellar organizational, communication, and time-management skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus for matter/document management or accounting software ? A paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) – or equivalent hands-on experience ? Discretion you can take to the bank when handling confidential matters
