Lighting Project Manager
$39 – $45 per hour

LOCATION: Able to commute to Fairfield, CA office once per month
A leading electrical distribution company is seeking a Lighting Project Manager to oversee lighting and construction-related projects from startto finish. This role is ideal for someone who understands electrical distribution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering projects with precision and accountability.

What You'll Be Responsible For
• Manage lighting projects from quote through final delivery
• Communicate directly with customers regarding scope, requirements, timelines, and approvals
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and order tracking
• Coordinate buy quotes, submittals, vendor releases, and change orders
• Enter and process orders in the most cost-effective and profitable manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues proactively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, AP, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay current on product knowledge
What We're Looking For
• High School diploma required
• 5+ years of experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred
• Working knowledge of lighting and/or construction industry strongly preferred
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
