OTE: $300,000 (50/50 split)

About the Opportunity

We are working with an early-stage, venture-backed infrastructure company powering some of the most innovative AI products in the market today. Their platform enables engineering teams at high-growth technology companies to build faster by abstracting away highly complex integrations and infrastructure challenges.

They are operating in a largely greenfield category with minimal direct competition and strong inbound demand. This is a rare opportunity to join at an inflection point, helping define the sales motion, shape go-to-market strategy, and close meaningful net-new logos in a rapidly expanding market.

If you're excited by technical products, category creation, and building something from the ground up, this role offers significant ownership and upside.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Manage a healthy inbound funnel of mid-market and enterprise prospects (100+ employees)
  • Proactively generate and close outbound opportunities
  • Run technical discovery and product demos for engineering leaders (CTO, Head of Engineering)
  • Manage structured pilot programs and convert trials into long-term customers
  • Advise technical stakeholders on implementation and best practices
  • Partner closely with founders and product to refine messaging and sales motion

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience closing Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS deals
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience selling highly technical products to engineering leaders
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments (Seed–Series B preferred)
  • Self-directed, proactive, and energized by ambiguity
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value
  • Based in San Francisco and excited about being in-office

Compensation & Benefits

  • $300K OTE (50/50 base/commission)
