Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating notifications, and supporting clinical staff as directed by post orders.; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including parking areas, entrances, corridors, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.; Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards; report concerns to the appropriate personnel and document events per site procedures.; Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and assist with customer service requests as needed.
