The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. NCOE's Early Childhood Services program is a leader in inclusive classroom structures.

Flyer development and delivery
Recruitment data collection and interpretation
Other recruitment tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to present program information effectively
Ability to independently, plan, organize, and coordinate work on multiple projects with concurrent deadlines
Thorough knowledge of project goals and standards
Knowledge of project policies and procedures to use as guidance, and use of considerable judgment and discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to work well across tasks and with multiple teams, including project staff, consultants, NCOE staff, and funders
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
